Junior Developer (m/f/d) – PHP Backend Software Developer.

aula is an innovative participation concept that empowers young people to actively engage in

shaping their living environment. It shifts their role from being passive observers to active

contributors to their own society. Through an online platform and didactic support, aula fosters

democratic practices and skills. Young people, starting at around age 12, learn in practical ways

how they can make meaningful changes in their environment through commitment and

responsibility.

Position: Junior Developer (up to 32h/week)

Contract: Limited for 12 months with the prospect of extension

Location: Berlin

What you will do:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of backend services using PHP (Laravel).

• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems to enhance performance and reliability.

• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and documenting of new features and services.
